Choose double room with a newly renovated bathroom. Magnificent location for visiting restaurants and bars near the hotel.

By and large, it was holiday base for sightseeing in Paris, had much fun. Appreciated the way our impeccably clean and cosy double room with private shower and toilet was. There were a microwave, an electric kettle, and refrigerators upon arrival.

The nearby bistros became our favorite dining spots, while the spaciousness of our room allowed for comfortable relaxation between our city explorations.

the stay here was fairly nice, loved the hotel, it was fairly clean with marvellous and peaceful location really close to a beautiful, safe area of montparnasse, the train station, places to eat, bakeries, cafes, shops, at the metro and the west coast of france. we found out good prices in the property.

perfect for city strolls near popular attractions and parks
I loved how the hotel was just a short walk away from the Paris Catacombs and Tuileries Garden. Plus, I found the staff to be very helpful when I arrived late, ensuring a smooth check-in despite my delayed train.

Staff: very friendly and helpful. Location: near to two metro stations, each no more than 10-15min from the centre of Paris. We even walked back to the hotel on one occasion - c.25min. (VERY CONVENIENT.)
Other guests: odd (loud sex from one couple and a bloke who sang hymns from 4:00-5:30am as he packed and waited for his taxi - obviously a nutter). (Just bad luck.) Breakfast: 7 Euro per person for mediocre breakfast. We walked to the end of the road and got fresh coffee and pastries for 3 Euro per person. (NOT AN INSURMOUNTABLE PROBLEM - CAN BE WORKED AROUND AS DESCRIBED.)

Everything was perfect.

Nice decor, bedroom (not bathroom) seemed clean, quite quiet, great neighboorhood.
Bathroom had mold in tile cracks. The location was nice--walking to great food, shopping, but long Metro ride (usually 2-3 transfers) to big tourist spots.

It was quiet and out of the way. We liked being in the "real" Paris. The neighborhood was good and showed up what living in Paris is like.
Construction that was happening at the time, although, they were respectful and did not start too early.

The staff were incredibly accommodating, even waiting for me to check in after hours. I loved relaxing in the quiet garden and enjoying a book by the flowers. The shower was a bit cramped, but it didn’t take away from my overall experience! 🌺

Location is good. Hotel staff was friendly.
Our room was on the ground floor. It was so small and smells damp. Bathroom is very old and not clean. It was very noisy, it was hard to sleep, you can hear everything happening outside of the room. While checkout hotel staff said that their credit card pos is just broken and now it is not working, I had to go to withdraw money to pay.

Good value for money. No luxury of course, but clean, friendly staff, central and quiet.
Nothing to remark, for the price this is good.
